Yesterday, on September 30, 2025, we opened the doors of our Cin Cin restaurant in Kaiserslautern – and what a start! We are overwhelmed by the large number of visitors who honored us with their enthusiasm and interest. Your presence turned the day into an unforgettable celebration, filled with the aroma of Chinese flavors, cheerful conversations, and the clinking of toasting glasses.
As the founders, Ella Liu and Prof. Dr. Yu Sun, we would like to sincerely thank everyone: our partners for their valuable support and our wonderful guests for your trust and curiosity. Thanks to you, Cin Cin already feels like a home – a place where tradition and modernity merge harmoniously, with highlights such as our authentic Malatang and innovative dishes.
