This is a classic of Sichuan cuisine: spicy, sweet, savory, and simply irresistible! Named after Ding Baozhen, a gourmet from the Qing Dynasty, the dish combines history and pleasure. Tender chicken, crunchy peanuts, and a flavorful sauce made of soy sauce, rice vinegar, and hoisin create the typical Sichuan explosion of flavors.
